Monthly pay is the most common arrangement for salaried employees in the UK, which puts 28 to 31 days between paydays depending on the month. There is no single published figure for the exact split between monthly, fortnightly and weekly pay, so this site does not quote one. What your own employer must do is set out your pay interval and payday in your written statement of employment particulars, which you are entitled to on or before your first day (gov.uk).
